Acrilico’ scratch resistant acrylic is the answer for all your design and application requirements. The acrylic has a single infused acrylic core and is scratch resistant, which makes it perfect for any high traffic environment or application.

This means: The color is not a thin, inconsistent or patchy layer of paint. The color layer is fused to the clear acrylic and will not separate easily. Unlike glass and other painted acrylic sheet products, minor scratches to the color layer will not show through.

Warnings: Acrylic is designed for interior, vertical use only. Acrylic will expand and contract with different temperatures level’s and will perform best in temperature controlled environments with 1mm recommended expansion gaps. 

Avoid use in areas exposed to intense direct sunlight such as adjacent to skylights or large un-shaded window. Acrylic is translucent in nature and should be used on plain side of calibrated surface with suitable adhesives. Hot Machine press is not recommended for this product if processed in factories. 

Applications: Acrylic sheets can be laminated to a variety of substrates. Best results will be achieved using suitable adhesive or any other equivalent adhesive applied through automated lamination machine or a well-controlled manual fashion. The combination of a very rigid substrate, such as High-Density Fiber Board (HDF) or calibrated hardwood plywood with an adequate backing material is essential to achieve a stable panel. 

Installation: The installation of these sheets can be pasted with acrylic compactable adhesives on a calibrated clean and dust free dry surface. Use of laminate bonding tapes also can be used for difficult 

areas. 

Maintenance: Acrylic is easy to clean using mild soap, warm water and a soft microfiber cloth. Strong chemicals are not required. Minor scratching and scuffing can be easily removed by hand with selected liquid polices and a micro fiber cloth.
